Repairs first, where a repair will do

When it does need a new roof

We strip it, check and replace any rotten timbers, then fit a breathable membrane, treated battens and counter-battens, new tiles or slates and a dry ridge. Building Control sign-off is arranged as part of the job. The quote lists every item in writing, and you get our written company guarantee.
