Our work
A plain tile re-roof in Letchworth
A house in Letchworth re-roofed in small plain clay tiles on a new breathable membrane, with the hips and ridge finished to match.
What we did
How the job went
Letchworth is full of houses roofed in small plain tiles, and a re-roof there has to look like it belongs. Plain tiles go on in their thousands, so this kind of roof takes patience.
What we did
- Stripped the old roof back and laid a new breathable membrane and battens
- Re-tiled in small plain clay tiles
- Hips and ridge finished to match the house
