A Marley Modern re-roof, after some very bad spray foam
Badly applied spray foam taken out of the loft, then a full re-roof in Marley Modern tiles in brown, with lead round the chimney and a dry ridge and hips.

How the job went
This was one of the worst spray foam jobs we have taken out. Once the loft was cleared and the rafters were clean, the roof itself was replaced.
What we did
- Cut all the spray foam out of the loft and cleaned the rafters it was stuck to
- Re-roofed in Marley Modern, a flat, clean-lined concrete tile, in brown
- Dry ridge and dry hips, so there is no mortar up there to crack
- New lead round the chimney
